Service Description

We offer hourly private boxing training sessions for all levels of experience. You'll receive an hour of boxing instruction with one of our coaches that includes cardio, endurance, speed, core work, and more... Sign up for a single session and pay as you go or purchase a monthly bundle and lock your schedule on our calendar. Training starts @ $75hrly session
